Wahyu 6:5

6:5 Then ¹  when the Lamb opened the third seal I heard the third living creature saying, “Come!” So ²  I looked, ³  and here came ⁴  a black horse! The ⁵  one who rode it ⁶  had a balance scale ⁷  in his hand.

13:12 He ⁸  exercised all the ruling authority ⁹  of the first beast on his behalf, ¹⁰  and made the earth and those who inhabit it worship the first beast, the one whose lethal wound had been healed.

Thus, for these copyists it was redundant to add “and I looked” again.
